Anastasiia Konstantynova

Anastasiia Konstantynova, PhD, is a principal consultant at Technopolis | Amsterdam | with 15 years of experience in the field of development economics and private section development. She has a strong methodologic background in qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as interviews, surveys, case studies and benchmarking studies. She has also extensive experience as a trainer and facilitator of workshops (online and in person) with application of novel and traditional learning and development methods.

At Technopolis she is leading the projects in the field of international cooperation with focus on science, technology, innovation and green economy. For example, mobilising EU companies for LCBA Canada, contributing to UNIDO report on (2022) Baseline Analysis of Circular Economy in Ukraine; leading annual reporting for Moldova and Ukraine on monitoring science, technology and innovation in the EaP countries and mapping EU initiatives supporting internationalisation of European SMEs (DG GROW). Among other activities, Anastasiia has also contributed to the development of several documents for Ukraine Ministry of Economy (led by UNIDO): national guiding framework, training modules and implementation plan on the role of standards and technical regulations for green reconstruction of Ukraine.

Prior to that Anastasiia worked for Lufthansa Systmens, Steinbeis and as a part of Cluster Agentur Baden-Wuttemberg she was supporting clusters from technology transfer and innovation side. Before that at Orkestra Basque Institute of Competitiveness Anastasiia led a range of projects focusing on support and development of cluster policies and smart specialisation strategies in the Basque country and other European regions.

Anastasiia has successfully defended her doctoral thesis (magna cum laude) and has graduated with master’s in international relations from the same institution - Catholic University Eichstaett-Ingolstadt (Germany). She is native in Ukrainian and Russian, but fluent in English, German, Spanish, and has some basic understanding in Dutch and Polish.
