Our Team
To effectively manage the complex nature of the LCBA project, implementation is carried out by a consortium of experienced organizations that bring deep knowledge in cleantech, international business, and stakeholder engagement.
The consortium is led by ICF as the primary implementor, in collaboration with CESO, and is further supported by a network of capacity providers who contribute specialized technical expertise on the cleantech landscape in both the European Union and Canada.
