Osvaldo Coutinho

Osvaldo Coutinho is the Senior Project Manager at CESO and a partner in the EU-funded Low Carbon and Circular Economy Business Action in Canada (LCBA Canada). Working closely with the project team, Osvaldo Coutinho plays an active role in project implementation and in promoting fruitful cooperation. With over fifteen years of experience and a strong background in project management, he contributes to the project’s implementation structure, mainly by enhancing communication and managing functions related to Business Planning Technical Assistance and Deep Dive Technical Assistance.
